If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms apply to any products purchased from us.

Interpretation

Words with their initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply equally whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Agnahdhara.

  • Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Website.

  • Orders means a request placed by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Website refers to agnahdhara.in.

  • You means the individual using the service, or the organization or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is acting.

Note: Purchases made during promotional offers or discounts are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have visible damage or a manufacturing fault upon delivery.

  • An opening video of the package must be provided. Without an opening video, sarees or other products will not be accepted for exchange or return even if found damaged.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange request by emailing support@agnahdhara.in.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that do not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.

Please note: We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or returns for cases other than those mentioned above.

Returning Goods

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

  • Goods must be returned to the following address:

  • We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

  • No refund or exchange will be processed without receipt of the Goods or valid proof of return delivery.
